Stand prices ONS 2028
Early bird rates (valid until 30 September 2027)
- Indoor stand space: NOK 6,650 per m²
- Outdoor stand space: NOK 4,290 per m²
Standard rates (from 1 October 2027)
- Indoor stand space: NOK 7,400 per m²
- Outdoor stand space: NOK 4,850 per m²
Registration fee: NOK 13,500 – 15 000.
To retain your current stand location, or receive priority consideration for a new preferred location, please submit your booking request before 1 November 2026.
The following services/products are incorporated in the stand fee
- An unlimited number of guest invitation cards (ONS charges only for cards actually registered)
- Free tickets for stand personnel (the number being related to the stand size)
- One Full Strategic Conference pass at a reduced price per stand
- A dedicated service office for exhibitors
- Catalogue listing
- Promotion
- Network events
- Listings in our ONS App
Manage your stand
When your stand is booked, all that remains is to make sure everything else is arranged. You can manage all details in our Exhibitor Portal.
The stand contactwill recieve log in detailes to the Exhibitor Portal ahead of ONS 2028 and can find the following:
- Hotel room booking (first come, first served)
- Meeting room booking
- Key deadlines
- Logistics services
- Stand personnel tickets
- Your products & services
- Rules & regulations
- Add your company description for the floor plan and ONS App
- Webshop – order goods and services for your stand
- Stand packages - Exhibiting made easy
- Special offers on tickets for Exhibitors
The Exhibitor Portal will open early in 2028.
