Press Conference at ONS
Timetable for press conferences to be published closer to ONS 2026.
During ONS, several companies host press conferences and announcements in our dedicated press area. This overview is provided to help the press keep track of scheduled events.
Interested in booking a press conference slot?
We offer slots from Monday to Thursday during the ONS week. Each slot starts on the hour and lasts for 45 minutes.

We take pride in our press room and are committed to providing excellent working conditions for the media.
Accredited press will have access to food and beverages throughout the day, as well as a comfortable and functional workspace designed to support efficient reporting.
ONS is a unique arena offering direct access to key decision-makers and industry leaders. We actively facilitate opportunities for meaningful interaction and aim to ensure that the press has the best possible conditions to cover the event professionally and effectively.
The room is located on the top floor of Hall 10, with a view overlooking the exhibition hall.
